STANDARD REFUND POLICIES

RENTALS:
Any rental that would like to cancel their reservation:
5 or more weeks prior to rental start, will receive a full refund of the 50% deposit on the reservation.
4 weeks prior to rental start, will receive a 50% refund of the deposit on the reservation.
3 weeks or less the deposit/balance is NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

Refunds of any kind will not be offered in the event that inclement weather closes the facility and disrupts any scheduled rentals. FSC staff will do it’s best to accommodate any inclement weather situations and attempt to make up disrupted time.

CLASSES, CAMPS, AND OTHER PROGRAM REGISTRATIONS:
FSC will honor a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees, for any cancellation until the start date of given program. Refunds of any kind will not be given in the event that inclement weather disrupts a scheduled FSC program. FSC staff will do it’s best to accommodate any inclement weather situations and attempt to make up disrupted time.
